I just had to…

I LOVE this video.

Santa Monica: Main Street Holiday Festival

Lilikoi is super excited to participate in the Main Street Holiday Festival this Saturday! We will be setting up and celebrating with the Urban Craft Center on Saturday, December 4 from 6-9pm. Fellow local artists and UCC instructors include: Christine HaynesCheryl CambrasChampoy and more will be selling their handmade goods. The UCC will be offering free silk screening so bring your own blank canvas… perhaps a shirt?

Source L.A.

Jeff and I attended the very swanky, hip launch party for Source LA at the LA Mart. I don’t say this too often… I can’t hold back… it was RAD. The music was perfect, drinks were flowing and the art was really impressive. Oh, and the people watching was pretty ahhh-mazing. Another great night in Los Angeles!

Jenny Yoo Fall Collection

I’m back from Japan, but before I post about our amazing adventure I need to get over my jet lag. I also got sick on my journey back so I’m feeling a little under the weather.

Anyway, what I would like to tell you is we will be a vendor at the Fall Fashion Show for the Jenny Yoo Collection at The London West Hollywood. The event takes place October 26 and starts at 6pm. This fabulous bridal event is also put on by Sassy Girl Weddings & Events, so it shouldn’t be missed!

live. love. create

I met with the three most adorable, giggly and fun girls this weekend at the Larchmont Bungalow. We sat in the sunshine and talked about event planning and letterpress invitations—two of my loves. I can’t wait until the next time we meet! They are best friends who literally finish each other’s sentences… they work so seamlessly together. No wonder they design and coordinate events… they are everything anyone would look for when planning an event.

If you’re looking to celebrate and are in need of a fabulous planner, please contact Janet, Erica and Christine at live. love. create.

Fashion’s Night Out

Oh how I wish to be in NYC for Fashion Week. Read about this year’s buzz on The Wall Street Journal, where designers are showing off their less expensive clothing lines, or about oodles of glamour on the catwalk, etc etc.

Well, while we can’t all be fortunate enough to experience the fabulously glamourous scene, we can celebrate beauty, design and fashion in the city of Los Angeles this Friday night. The big question is… do I attend Fashion’s night out at Fred Segal Santa Monica or do I stay in my own neighborhood and support one of my favorite boutiques, Heist. Hmmm. Better start thinking about what I’m going to wear!
